接沙特SASO最新通知，2024年6月27日起，建材第1,3,4部分及电池技术法规范围内部分产品SC装运证书申请要求更新。
进口商和制造商通过 Saber 电子平台提交表格中产品的SC装运证书申请时，必须填写声明表并将其附于申请文件之后。
CAB审核机构需核查申请方提交的技术文件中是否包含工矿部声明。
除非声明得到工矿部批准，否则不得签发SC装运证书。
SASO将从进口的货物中随机抽样，对为不符合本通知的产品和货物签发SC装运证书的CAB审核机构采取必要的行动。
需要提供工矿部声明的产品类别及HS编码如下：
